4. The three-axis guide rails are roller linear rails from Japan's THK, which are wear-resistant, easy to maintain, have large load-bearing capacity and high precision; the screws of the three linear axes and the servo motor are directly connected through couplings, and have good synchronization performance. Rapid movement and feed speed can reach 40m/min

 

 

Among the structural design advantages of the new high-speed machining center, the high-speed electric spindle is the core component of the high-speed machining center, because the electric spindle must have a high speed to achieve high-speed machining, and for micro-milling of molds (the milling cutter diameter is generally 0.1~ 2mm), a higher speed is required.
