What service do you offer?
1、Pre sales service: We offers free basic training to technical personnel sent by the buyer at our factory for CNC lathe operation, debugging, maintenance learning and so on; 2、In sales service: For buyer local training, we can negotiate together. 3、After sales service: For equipment malfunction complaints, both the supply and buyer parties shall communicate in detail about the specific malfunction in advance. If it is determined that the malfunction can be solved by the buyer, the supplier shall provide specific guidance through phone, video, etc. If it is a fault that must be resolved on-site by the supplier, the supplier must respond within 24 hours after determining the fault and provide a solution and expected on-site resolution schedule. After exceeding the one-year warranty period, a certain amount of material and labor fees can be charged appropriately.
What is your warranty policy?
Warranty: except spindles, the whole lathe and the auxiliary equipment is 1 year; Lathe spindle is 2-years. Consumable parts not included in warranty. Under normal use, there is a free service warranty for damage. If the equipment is damaged due to improper use by the buyer, the supplier will only charge material fees within warranty period, and material and labor fees will be charged after warranty period. The supplier shall provide paid services /spare parts to the buyer for a long time after warranty period.
